Download a PDF of your most recent bill that shows your current phone's previous carrier's
financing details,
including - phone number, phone make&model, phone payment balance, phone financing start date
(showing 90 days with prior carrier or number of payments made) and prior carrier’s name.

Step 3:
Ensure your device is unlocked. Your device must be fully unlocked before bringing your number over
(porting) to T-Mobile. For AT&T and Liberty customers, this will require paying off the device.

Caution! Do not bring (port) your number over to T-Mobile until your phone is fully
unlocked!
Step 4:
Bring (port) your number over to T-Mobile. You will need your previous carrier's account number and
PIN number or password.
Step 5:
Submit your rebate request by clicking GET STARTED below. Submission must be initiated within 30 days of
activation. Allow up to 15 days for us to validate your submission and to receive your virtual prepaid
Mastercard upon meeting all qualifications.
Step 6:
This is a reimbursement. You are responsible for paying your previous carrier for your final
bill. You will receive the reimbursement via virtual prepaid Mastercard. T-Mobile does not pay your
previous carrier directly.

Get a new phone on a monthly payment plan (Equipment Installment Plan) and trade-in your phone in
working condition on a qualifying rate plan.
Step 2:
Download a PDF of your most recent bill that shows your current phone's previous carrier's
financing details,
including phone number, phone make & model, phone payment balance, phone financing start date (showing
90 days with prior carrier or number of payments made) and prior carrier name.
For early termination fees, you will need to wait for your final bill from your previous carrier
to see these charges.

Bring (port) your eligible phone number to T-Mobile from an eligible wireless carrier (AT&T,
Spectrum, Claro, Liberty, Xfinity or UScellular.). If switching from Verizon, see Keep & Switch above.
Step 4:
Submit your rebate request by clicking GET STARTED below. Submission must be initiated within 30 days of
activation. Allow up to 15 days for us to validate your submission and to receive your virtual prepaid
Mastercard up meeting all qualifications.
Step 5:
Remember, please pay your old carrier's final bill that may include charges other that your
remaining phone payment (Equipment Installment Plan) balance.

We'll reimburse your previous internet service provider's early termination fees when you join
T-Mobile Home Internet or Small Business Internet- up to $750 via virtual prepaid card. Restrictions
apply.
Allow up to 8 weeks.
Step 1:
Get a new device and a qualifying plan.
Step 2:
Cancel your old internet service.
Step 3:
Pay your old Internet Service Provider's (ISP's) final bill.
Step 4:
Prepare your reimbursement request within 60 days of activation of your T-Mobile internet service.
(Activation occurs either at time of purchase or when the gateway is shipped to you).
